The London chapter of APSSP has represented Attendance Counsellors, Psycho-Educational Consultants, Social Workers, and Speech-Language Pathologists since 1997. Our first collective agreement was ratified late in 1999. We are a relatively small group with our numbers ranging from 20 – 25 in any given year. The London District Catholic School Board is comprised of 50 elementary and 8 secondary schools. 23,000 students in the counties of Middlesex, Oxford and Elgin, including the cities of London, St. Thomas and Woodstock are educated in this school system by 1300 teachers.
