Treasurer@apssp.org	The Provincial Treasurer attends all Executive meetings (approximately 10 per year), Governing Council meetings (approximately 3 per year), and is responsible for presenting at each meeting a statement of account (Balance Sheet) which indicates all income and expenditures for the current year. In addition, the Provincial Treasurer is responsible for and chairs any meeting of Chapter Treasurers. The Provincial Treasurer is responsible for ensuring that Chapter Membership dues are remitted to the Provincial organization, remits Chapter Rebates, pays Accounts Receivable, performs banking services, maintains records of all financial transactions, prepares and presents a yearly budget and year end report that is presented at the Annual General Meeting, and arranges and ensures that a yearly audit is completed.
