VPnegotiation@apssp.org	The Provincial Vice-President Negotiations is a member of the Provincial Executive and presides over all meetings of the Chapter Chief Negotiators. This includes ensuring that minutes are taken, approved and distributed, receiving Chapter reports, taking resolutions and reporting to the Executive and Governing Council; ensuring clear guidelines for Chapter Negotiators regarding contract negotiations and ratification; liaise with union Consultants and arrange professional development. He/she will approve the services of the union Consultants for bargaining and other negotiations which may include Pay Equity agreements and reviews. The Vice President may request from local Chapters any pertinent information needed to assist the Association in conducting its executive functions.
